Personalised Assessment Progress Reports
Understanding HWB Personalised Assessment Reports
There are two types of Hwb Personalised Assessment reports available for pupils and parents/carers to view through the pupil’s Hwb account:
1. Learner Feedback Report
This report provides clear information on:

- Areas of strength
- Areas where your child may benefit from further development

Learner feedback is available for the following assessments:

- Reading
- Numeracy (Procedural)

Due to the emphasis on problem-solving, reasoning and conceptual understanding, Learner Feedback is not available for the Numeracy (Reasoning) assessment.
2. Learner Progress Report
This report presents a graph showing how your child has progressed over time, from Year 2 onwards, across all three Personalised Assessments:
- Reading
- Numeracy (Procedural)
- Numeracy (Reasoning)
This allows parents/carers to see long-term development and track how pupils are progressing across their literacy and numeracy skills.

Accessing the Reports
To access these reports, ask your child to log into Hwb and navigate to the Personalised Assessments icon (see image below), where their interactive reports will be available to view.
