Oxford Art trip by Ester Plummer Yr 11

The first location we visited was the Oxford Natural History Museum. It was interesting to see the various collection of historical specimens and archives. There were three levels in Pitt Rivers; so we had so much to see and explore. I preferred looking at the animal life in the oceans that existed billions of years ago. After an hour or so we went to Oxford Botanical Gardens. On the way there it rained heavily but stopped shortly after. The gardens were still beautiful even in the gloomy weather. However, my friends and I thought the garden would be so much bigger, nonetheless it was still enjoyable. By visiting the Botanical Garden, it has helped me inspire with new ideas to further develop my theme in GCSE ART. Overall, despite the horrible weather; it was a good experience for me.
